Credit Policy

We DO credit your account for leads when any of the following applies:

  • All contact information is invalid (i.e. none of the phone numbers are valid and email is bouncing back).
  • Duplicated leads (i.e. the lead sent twice to the same agent, even if the lead number is different. However, if it is a property lead and the properties have different addresses, the lead in non-creditable).
  • Already on the books (i.e. prospects that are already insured with agent who received the lead).
  • Prospect insured with the company the captive agent represents.
  • Leads sent in error caused by any failure of our system.
  • The prospect is unreachable because both the phone number and the email address are not working.

We DO NOT credit your account for leads in the following cases:

  • The same lead was sent by another leads source.
  • The risk was rejected due to insurance company underwriting guidelines.
  • The prospect already bought insurance from another agent or company.
  • The prospect is unreachable, unless both the phone number and the email address are not working.
  • The lead was successfully sent by Itsol Inc. but was undelivered to your email address due to SPAM blockers, technical issues with your email provider or third party management software or other scenarios that cannot be controlled by Itsol Inc.

Credit request submissions are limited to 15 days. Credit requests will be verified by our Verification Department and are subject to our final determination. Account status must be active at the time of credit submission.
