Will I be locked into a long contract if I sign up for InsuranceLeads.com's services?
- There are no long term contracts to sign.
- No commitment to purchase a certain amount of leads.
- You will receive insurance leads on a month-to-month basis.
What are your current promotions?
- A newly activated prepayment account with a purchase of $100 worth of insurance leads will receive $100 of free insurance leads.
- A newly activated prepayment account with a purchase of $150 worth of insurance leads will receive $150 of free insurance leads.
- A newly activated prepayment account with a purchase of $200 worth of insurance leads will receive $200 of free insurance leads.
How am I billed for my insurance leads?
- The first billing option is prepayment. Once you set up a credit card or bank account for payment, you will be automatically debited after your initial purchased balance is depleted. This is the only option that can be used to qualify for the free insurance leads promotion.
How do I activate an account to begin receiving my insurance leads?
- Click on the sign up link.
- Fill out the registration form.
- Select a password.
- Customize your lead profile by choosing filters.
- Select your billing option.
- Print and sign the billing authorization form and fax to us.
What is the source of your insurance leads?
- The main source of our leads is our consumer website 2insure4less.com which consistently carries high search engine rankings.
- We also use hundreds of affiliate websites to solicit leads.
- We never lure consumers to request a quote with the promise of free gifts or entry into a sweepstakes.
How do I change my lead volume, selected filters, or make other modifications to my profile?
- You have 24 hour, 7-day a week access to your online account.
- Your online account gives you a variety of administrative web tools as well as the ability to modify your filters, leads volume and other profile details.
Are your insurance leads shared or exclusive?
- Our insurance leads are shared with a minimal number of agents.
- We do not offer exclusive leads, because there is no way to guarantee the exclusivity of a lead on the Internet since consumers often visit several websites.
- If you are the only agent registered in a particular territory you will be the only one to receive the lead, but there are no guarantees.
How many agents receive a lead?
- Leads are sent on average to three insurance agents.
Are the leads sent to agents representing the same insurance carrier?
- All of our leads are carrier exclusive in order to provide the consumer with a variety of competitive quotes.
Can an independent agent set up an account with more than one insurance carrier?
- No we only allow you to set up a profile based on one insurance carrier.
Can I place a limit on the amount of leads I receive in a day?
- Yes, you can adjust your lead limit online.
- To set a very low lead limit contact an account representative.
How do I put my leads account on hold?
- Sign into your account and select the customer service link.
- You are able to place a hold on your account for 10 days online.
- You can release the hold online by logging into your account.
Can you give me a better price on leads?
- If you receive less than 50 leads per day the price is non-negotiable.
How will I receive your leads?
- Leads can be sent to one or more email addresses.
- Leads can also be sent via XML or text message by calling your account representative.
How long do you have to wait to receive your leads once you activate an account?
- You'll receive your leads within 15 minutes of activating your account.
- If you want to set a specific time to start receiving insurance leads talk to an account representative.
Will I receive leads with bogus or disconnected phone numbers?
- Our Quality Control system screens out gibberish on applications, bogus leads and disconnected phone numbers.
- Our live operators verify any requests for credit if the lead could not be contacted or was uninterested.
How do I request a credit for a lead?
- Every single lead has a link you can click on to request a credit within our credit policy guidelines.
How long will it take to receive my credit?
- Credits are usually processed within 48 business hours.
I received the same lead that I already purchased from another service, will I be able to get a credit for this lead?
- A prospect may submit a quote request on multiple competing websites, we have no control over this.
What does it mean when a credit is declined for the following reason; "The quality of the lead has been verified (call)" or "The quality of the lead has been verified (email)?'
- If you want a credit because the prospect was never interested we call or email the prospect again to confirm their interest.
- A credit is given only if the prospects confirms they were not interested in receiving a quote.
- If the prospect indicates he or she was interested then the credit request will not be approved.
- This type of credit request can take longer than 48 hours since we need to get in touch with the prospect directly.
Will I be notified if my credit request was approved?
- Yes, we will notify you by email if the credit was approved.
- The link on the bottom of the lead will also contain information on your credit request.
How do I cancel my leads account?
- You can discontinue your service at any time by clicking the customer service link and selecting "request to cancel account".
- Your cancellation request will be processed immediately or once you have used up your remaining balance if you selected that billing option.
- We process all cancellations on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays.
What are your business hours?
- We operate on weekdays, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
- We are closed on weekends and national holiday observances.
